One Injured, One Dead After Gun Fight

DETAILS:

1. Calls came in for shots fired and a man down, with a gun near his body
2. Once KPD arrived they found one down shot repeatedly including a head wound
3. KCM1 arrived with fire and pronounced the victim deceased on scene.
4. While interviewing witnesses it a was determined a black car with a suspect had fled, and a possible second blood trail was located along with shell casings
5. Shortly after a GSW VIC appeared at Valley Medical who is believed to have been involved
