One Injured After Overnight House Fire in Chalfont

At approximately 10:00 p.m. on January 30th, 2026, firefighters responded to a residential structure fire at a two-story home located on Farber Drive in Chalfont.
According to officials, the fire occurred inside a two-story dwelling where access issues, along with snow, ice, and freezing temperatures, made firefighting efforts more challenging. Crews worked under difficult conditions to bring the fire under control.
One person was reported injured as a result of the fire and was treated by emergency personnel. The extent of the injuries was not immediately released.
The incident was investigated by the Bucks County Fire Marshal’s Office. The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
