Around 7:10 p.m. last night, officers responded to reports of an intoxicated man with a gun inside a restaurant in the 8800 block of Trautwein Road. Officers arrived and contacted the suspect in the parking lot, leading to an officer-involved shooting.
The suspect was struck, given immediate medical aid, and taken to a local hospital. He is in stable condition and will be booked once medically cleared.
