Baytown Police Investigating Major Crash
The Baytown Police Department is responding to a major crash involving a police officer and a van at the intersection of West Baker Road and Country Club Drive. The incident occurred at approximately 7:10 p.m. this evening.
The officer and two children from the van were transported by Life Flight— their injury status is unknown at this time. Additional van occupants, including the driver, received medical attention at the scene. All lanes in the area remain closed while the scene is being investigated. Motorists are asked to use alternate routes and expect delays.
