Norwalk: Man Brutally Stabbed After Possible Road-Rage Incident
04.04.2020 | 2:04 PM | NORWALK – A man was brutally stabbed after a possible road-rage incident, Saturday afternoon.
Authorities responded to reports of a man armed with a knife chasing another man on foot near the intersection of Imperial Highway and Woods Avenue around 2:04 PM.
Units arriving on scene located the male suspect and detained him at gunpoint.
The victim was located next to a dark-colored Toyota Camry with multiple stab wounds including some to his head.
Firefighter paramedics treated the victim on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Unconfirmed reports from the scene indicate the dispute between the men may have started with a road-rage incident.
The scene surrounding the stabbing was cordoned off while authorities continued to investigate.
It was unclear what charges the suspect might face.
