North Whittier: Family Held At Gunpoint During Home Invasion Robbery

01.16.2020 | 9:34 PM | NORTH WHITTIER – Authorities are looking for three men who held a family at gunpoint during a home invasion robbery, Thursday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a home invasion robbery in the 4400 block of Indian Bend Drive around 9:34 PM.

Deputies arriving on scene learned that three armed men armed with a black semi-automatic handgun had entered a home and held the family at gunpoint while robbing them.

A gunshot was fired during the robbery and an alert Lyft driver spotted the males fleeing the scene followed by two family members yelling for help.

None of the family members were injured and the circumstances surrounding the robbery remain under investigation.
