North Hollywood: Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Car

09.25.2019 | 3:36 AM | LOS ANGELES – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car, early Wednesday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a pedestrian in the 12900 block of Sherman Way in North Hollywood around 3:36 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a pedestrian down in the roadway that had been struck by a car.

Firefighter paramedics pronounced the victim deceased on scene.

The driver that struck the pedestrian remained on scene and was cooperating with law enforcement.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
