North Hollywood: Fire Destroys Home

07.22.2019 | 11:06 PM | NORTH HOLLYWOOD – Firefighters fought to extinguish a fire that burned through a home, Monday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a residential structure fire in the 6100 block of Hazelhurst Place around 11:06 PM, Monday night.

Crews arriving on scene located a single-story home with smoke and fire showing.

Firefighters initiated an aggressive fire attack and extinguished the fire in approximately 20 minutes.

No injuries were reported and the home appeared unoccupied at the time of the fire.

The cause is under investigation.
