North Hollywood: Crash Sends Semi Truck Into Liquor Store

12.23.2019 | 3:20 AM | NORTH HOLLYWOOD – A crash on slick roads sent a semi truck crashing into a liquor store, early Monday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving with a vehicle into a structure in the 7200 block of Lankershim Boulevard in the North Hollywood area around 3:20 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a two-car crash involving a white sedan and a semi truck that was lodged into the side of a liquor store.

Both drivers were injured and treated on scene by firefighter paramedics before being transported to area hospitals in unknown condition.

Officials are on scene evaluating damage to the store and working to remove the semi truck.

Roads were slick from recent downpours at the time of the crash but it was unclear if that played a role in the crash.
