Norco: Mann Fire Burns 175 Acres Near Santa Ana River
03.03.2020 | 10:00 AM | NORCO – A wind-fueled brush fire dubbed the “Mann Fire” burned roughly 175 acres near the Santa Ana River, Tuesday morning.
Authorities responded to reports of a fire burning near the intersection of Arlington and California avenues near Hidden Valley Wildlife Area around 10:00 AM.
Units arriving on scene located a wild-fueled fire burning near the bottom of the Santa Ana River and began efforts to extinguish the blaze.
The fire quickly charred 175 acres but was 20% contained by 3:30 PM.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
