- Around 12 a.m., two National City Police officers were seen on Dash Camera footage, attempting to stop and detain a female near a Jack in the Box Drive-Thru in National City.
- Footage shows officers attempting to detain an uncooperative female who was walking away from officers and attempting to run before being tackled by the officers.
- The female was placed in handcuffs and It is unclear what the circumstances causing the initial police contact with the female subject is.
- The female had a male companion that could be heard on the video saying “Don’t hurt her” and “I told you not to fight with them”.
- No injuries were reported and it is unclear what charges the woman may be facing.
