National City PD Unit Crashes

DETAILS:

 

1. The NCPD Sgt was driving north on National City Blvd. when a pedestrian ran out in front of him.
2. He swerved to avoid the pedestrian and lost control.
3. The Patrol vehicle hit a parked BMW, severed an electrical junction box before hitting the building.
4. The officer was shaken but not injured as his airbags deployed.
5. SDG&E has been called to cut off the power.
6. Northbound National City Blvd is closed at 4th St
