Murder Suspect Pursuit Ends in Fatal Officer Involved Shooting

DETAILS:

1. How around 1 AM officers from Newport Beach were behind a stolen vehicle Wanted in connection with a homicide suspect.
2. Officers eventually let the vehicle up and a pursuit was initiated.
3. The vehicle was spiked near Rl Toro and the SB  I-5
4. The suspect vehicle crashed and exited on El Toro.
5. The vehicle came to a stop at the intersection and officers opened fire on the suspect.
6. The condition of the suspect is unknown at this time.
7. A large crime scene has been established in the area.
