Multiple Patient Traffic Collision, 4 Children, 3 Adults Transported

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 3-12-23, 8:50pm
LOCATION: Day Street/Hwy 60 Offramp
CITY: Moreno Valley
DETAILS:

1. Cal Fire Riverside County and Riverside County Sheriff Department responded to a 2 car traffic collision with possible patients trapped.
2. When they arrived on scene they found two cars both with moderate damage and multiple patients including 4 young kids.
3. The 4 children were all transported to a local area hospital for evaluation, but suffering from non life threatening injuries.
4. 1 Adult from the Orange car was also transported suffering from unknown injuries, 2 other adults were transported in the AMR’s with the children also suffering from unknown, but non life threatening injuries.
5. The cause of the collision is under investigation but it appears the small SUV hit the Orange car at a high rate of speed, sending it about 50 yards down the street, in the video you can see the license plate from the small SUV sticking out of the door of the orange car.
6. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the Incident.
