1. LAFD responded to numerous reports of a structure fire
2. Crews arrived to find what appeared to be an apartment complex in the framing stages engulfed in flames
3. The fire had spread to several nearby residences and vehicles
4. At one point power lines were damaged, causing live wires to fall in the street
5. It is unclear how the fire started
6. LAFD arson is on scene
7. It is unclear if there are any injuries as a result of the fire
