1. HPD and HFD responded to reports of a pedestrian down in lanes of the freeway
   1. Arriving units Located an obviously deceased pedestrian with body parts across lanes
   2. No cars stopped, and it is believed that numerous vehicles ran over the pedestrian
   3. All Westbound lanes are expected to reopen before rush hour
   4. Initial dispatch put this crash in the city, but HCSO VCD was requested after it was determined that the address is in the county
