Mud Slides Along PCH in Malibu

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 2-13-25 11:30 am
LOCATION: Along PCH
AREA/CITY: Malibu
DETAILS:

1. Heavy rainfall sends tons of water down onto PCH and mud.
2. Caltrans crews are seen removing mud and pushing it to the side to let the accumulating water flow to the ocean.
3. Water runoff some contaminated from the fire flows down drains that lead to the ocean.
4. Caltrans moved us further down because of falling rock dangers.
5. Heavy rain causes mudslides, sending mud and rocks down onto PCH.
6. CHP and caltrans is stopping traffic.
7. Multiple people and EMS trapped.
8. Dukes Restaurant flooded
