DETAILS:
- Heavy rain from the second storm is causing localized flooding on properties and the streets.
- After the brutal major storm wednesday, it did not take much rain to trigger immediate run off from the mountains.
- Water could be seen gushing through residential properties.
- A large water developed in front of the garage next to a home.
- Another massive stair case that travels up a hill side has been turned into a full blown waterfall.
- Further more, water continues to puddle up through the mountain roads and highways.
- On highway 18, heavy rain and fog are impacting the drive with visibility deteriorating as the days light becomes dark.
- Rock slides are being reported all through out highway 18 however nothing significant has occurred.
