Motorcyclist Slams into Back of Honda Sedan

DETAILS:

1. On October 4th, 2025, at 9:31 PM, CHP, San Bernardino County Fire, and AMR reported traffic collision on the Southbound 215 Freeway, North of Palm Avenue.
2. A motorcyclist traveling Southbound crashed into the rear of a Honda Civic, was thrown off the bike, and lost consciousness.
3. A tow truck driver witnessed the collision and provided traffic control and aid to the rider till CHP and paramedics arrived at the scene.
4. The rider was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
5. The driver of the Honda was not injured and stayed at the scene.
6. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
7. According to the rider’s phone’s GPS, he was about 15 minutes from his destination.
8. No other information was provided at the scene.
9. A SigAlert was issued for about 90 Minutes while crews worked to clear lanes.
