Motorcyclist Killed, U-Haul Driver Flees Crash

LOCATION: Magnolia Ave and Stacie Lane

DETAILS:

1. California Highway Patrol,  Westminster, and Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to a traffic collision involving a U-Haul box truck and a motorcycle.
2. A U-Haul was making a U-turn in the middle of the roadway when the biker slammed into the side of the U-Haul.
3. The driver of the motorcycle was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene.
4. The driver of the U-Haul fled the scene and has not been located.
5. Officers are on the scene investigating.
