1. A motorcycle rider was traveling eastbound on Allen Parkway at a high rate of speed.
2. They lost control and went over the median bumping into a SUV traveling westbound on Allen Parkway.
3. The rider was pronounced deceased at the scene.
4. The occupants of the SUV were not injured.
