Motorcyclist in Grave Condition After Collision in Long Beach

DETAILS:

1. Good Samaritans start CPR on a motorcyclist down in the roadway after crashing into a vehicle making a left turn.
2. LACoFD arrived and transported the motorcycle rider in grave condition to a trauma center.
3. The driver involved in the collision remained on scene and is cooperating with LBPD’s investigation.
4. Last known update of the motorcyclist, he is in the ICU fighting for his life.
5. Eastbound and Westbound lanes of traffic on Carson Street are closed at this time.
6. LBPD lab unit is on scene
