Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Crash with Jeep

At approximately 6:20 p.m. on April 2nd, 2026, Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a major traffic collision in the 19700 block of the North Freeway in Houston.

Upon arrival, units located a crash involving a sport motorcycle and a Jeep.

According to investigators, the motorcyclist was traveling southbound on the feeder road while the Jeep was exiting a private drive when the collision occurred.

The rider was transported by EMS to Houston Northwest Hospital in critical condition.

The driver of the Jeep remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. Two additional occupants in the Jeep were not transported.

Authorities reported no signs of impairment, and the crash remains under investigation. It is currently unknown if speed was a factor.
