Motorcyclist and Sedan Driver Both Killed in Highspeed Crash

- On June 26th, 2024, at about 10:54 PM, County Fire and AMR responded to a reported traffic collision with extrication at Sierra Ave and Valley Blvd in the City of Fontana.
- County Fire arrived and located a motorcycle and sedan with major damage.
- The driver of the sedan was trapped inside the vehicle.
- Both the Motorcyclist and the driver of the sedan were pronounced deceased at the scene.
- All Northbound traffic on Sierra Ave and East and Westbound lanes are closed on Valley Blvd.
- It is believed that speed was a major factor in this collision as parts of the motorcycle were scattered across the roadway, and the sedan came to a stop on the curb by an Arco.
- Fontana PD’s “MAIT” (Major Accident Investigation Team) is at the scene investigating this double fatal crash.
