Motorcycle Catches Fire After Being Hit Several Times | San Diego

03.02.2022 | 4:52 AM | SAN DIEGO – The male motorcyclist was traveling northbound on the I-805 in the #1 lane when he went down for unknown reasons. He left the motorcycle in the #1 lane and ran across the freeway to the right shoulder. 2 male drivers of SUVs hit and ran over the motorcycle heavily damaging their vehicles and pulled over to the left shoulder. The motorcycle caught on fire after being hit. Firefighters put out the fire. The CHP stopped all northbound traffic for approx 10 minutes. There were no injuries.
