Moreno Valley: Peaceful Protest Slows Some Freeway Traffic

06.02.2020 | 6:00 PM | MORENO VALLEY – Some traffic was slowed as a peaceful protest in support of Black Lives Matter took place, Tuesday evening.

The group of hundreds gathered on Frederick Street near the SR-60 Freeway to protest in support of Black Lives Matter and the so-called “Black Out Tuesday” around 6:00 PM.

Some freeway ramps were closed while the peaceful protest took place, causing traffic to slow along the SR-60 Freeway.

By around 8:00 PM the majority of the crowd peacefully dispersed without incident.
