Moreno Valley: 27-Year-Old Man Shot To Death, Suspect At Large

03.16.2020 | 7:20 PM | MORENO VALLEY – A 27-year-old man was shot to death by a suspect who remains at large, Monday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting in the 24500 block of Atwood Avenue around 7:20 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a male victim down suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics attempted to perform life-saving measures on scene but pronounced the victim, later identified as 27-year-old Lamar Wilkins of Moreno Valley, deceased on scene.

Deputies cordoned off the area surrounding the shooting as they investigated.

No suspect description or motive was immediately available.
