Montclair: Car-To-Car Shooting Leaves Passenger Seriously Injured

07.18.2019 | 10:45 PM | MONTCLAIR – A man believed to be the passenger in a vehicle was seriously injured after an apparent car-to-car shooting, Thursday night.

Authorities responded to the reported shooting in the 5100 block of Canoga Street around 10:45 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a gunshot victim in an alleyway.

Firefighter paramedics treated the man on scene before transporting him to Pomona Valley Hospital in serious condition.

Authorities on scene were investigating the incident as a car-to-car shooting and related that the victim was a passenger inside a vehicle when he was struck.

It was not immediately clear where the shooting occurred but authorities were continuing to investigate.
