Missouri City Police Involved In Fatal Crash

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 845pm 6-20-24
LOCATION: 1655 Cartwright
AREA/CITY: Missouri City
DETAILS:

1. MCPD units were en route to a robbery in progress call
2. one of the units struck a vehicle leaving the Dollar Tree parking lot
3. 2 Occupants believed to be a mother and son were killed inside the vehicle
4. 1 officer was inside the patrol vehicle, and was transported to a local trauma center. No updates on condition
5. over 2 hours into the investigation, a male was located in the back of the patrol vehicle
6. the male was treated and transported by MCFD, condition unknown
7. Police Chief does not know who the additional male is, or how he got into the vehicle
8. Chief could not disclose if the male was cuffed in the back of the patrol vehicle
