DETAILS:

1. CHP received a report of a stalled vehicle blocking the middle lanes of the 118 West
2. Shortly after the CHP received calls stating the vehicle had been struck
3. LAFD & CHP arrived to find a silver sedan that had rear ended the white van that was stalled
4. The male driver of the silver sedan was transported for unknown injuries by LAFD Paramedics
5. The female driver of the van was uninjured
6. CHP currently has one lane open while crews clean up the mess
