Migrants Fall Off And Get Trapped Hopping Border Wall | San Diego

09.27.2022 | 4:58 AM | SAN DIEGO – SDFD & CVFD had to respond to at least 4 rescues along the U.S./Mexican border this morning.

As soon as there was some fog along the border, immigrants attempted to come over and many fell or were trapped at the top of one of the two walls.

At least 3-4 people were transported to local hospitals for their injuries, while others were detained by the U.S. Border Patrol Agents for illegally entering the country.

At 4:19 in the video, a group of men attempted to climb the 1st wall and one of them fell, injuring a leg. In the video, he can be seen being helped away from the wall by his companions.

On Otay Mtn, an Air Search & Rescue was conducted for a group of illegal immigrants, and when they were found, one person died.
