McDonalds Goes Up In Flames

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 3-18-25 3:00 am
LOCATION: 8730 Jamacha Blvd
AREA/CITY: Spring Valley
DETAILS:

1. A fire broke out in the basement area of the McDonald’s restaurant.
2. Upon arrival, firefighters found smoke coming from the roof and heavy smoke inside.
3. After approx 30 minutes, flames broke through the roof.
4. A 2nd Alarm was called.
5. The firefighters went into a defensive mode.
6. The fire is still burning as of 4:00 am

UPDATE:

The fire is believed to have started in the basement and spread into the walls.

The roof has collapsed and the building is a total loss.

No injuries to firefighters.
