Massive Flames Burn 600 Acres, Forcing Evacuations | Mountain Center

01.15.2021 | 01:15 AM | MOUNTAIN CENTER – On Friday 01/15/2021 at approximately 1:15 am, firefighters responded to reports of a vegetation fire in the area of 28000 Bonita Vista Road. Upon arrival, firefighters located large flames burning trees and vegetation. Evacuation orders were announced, and roads were closed as the flames threatened mountain communities.
