Massive Commercial Building Fire Burns In Mexico | US/Mexico Border

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1-28-23 6:00 am LOCATION: Sebastion Vizcaino CITY: Tijuana, MX DETAILS: SDFD Firefighters responded to a very large fire, first thought to be on the US side of the border on Otay Mesa. Heavy black smoke could be seen from miles away. The fire turned out to be in Mexico. A very large commercial recycling material business was completely engulfed in flames. There was a constant string of explosions. Tijuana Bomberos (Firefighters) were trying to put the fire out. American Firefighters are no longer allowed to help across the border.
