Massive 2nd Alarm Commercial Fire | Mesa, AZ

04.09.2022 | 3:00 AM | MESA, AZ – Fire crews from the city of Mesa AZ responded to reports of a structure fire near the intersection of South Alma School Road and West Main Street around 3:00 AM Saturday morning.

Upon arrival crews found a well involved working fire inside a large commercial property.

The decision was made to balance the assignment to a first alarm due to the size and severity of the blaze.

Heavy flames and a column of thick smoke could be seen from miles away as the fire quickly spread through the property.

Crews called for a second alarm balance of assignment around 3:30 AM triggering a large scale emergency response.
