Mass Casualty Incident At U.S./MEXICO Border

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 3-2-24 4:00 pm approx
LOCATION: US/Mexico Border above Border Field State Park
AREA/CITY: San Diego
DETAILS:

1. U.S. Border Patrol Agents called for an SDFD response for ten immigrants who had fallen off of the 30-foot border wall.
2. These people were attempting to enter the Country illegally.
3. The injured had various injuries, including broken bones.
4. 6 ambulances were used to transport the victims and any accompanying children to various local hospitals.
5. The Border Patrol Agents had several men in custody who climbed the wall but were not injured.
6. Most of these people were from South America, with a few from other countries.
