Man’s Car Swallowed By High Tide | San Diego

11.30.2021 | 7:00 AM | SAN DIEGO – The owner of the Nissan Altima was sleeping in his car overnight and had parked too close to the water’s edge. He and his female companion suddenly found water flooding into his car as the high tide came in. He attempted to move the car but was stuck in the mud. He attempted to have tow trucks come to his aid, but they were already rescuing other vehicles. The man then pulled out his tent and the two camped out on the beach until sunrise.
