Manchester Square: Man Shot While In Car

09.05.2019 | 1:00 AM | LOS ANGELES – A man was injured after being shot while inside a car, early Thursday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting near the intersection of Harvard Boulevard and West 81st Street in Manchester Square around 1:00 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a male suffering from a gunshot wound to his neck.

Firefighter paramedics treated the victim on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Initial reports indicate the man was inside a vehicle when he was shot however it was unclear if he was the driver or passenger.

Officers cordoned off the area while they investigated the shooting.
