Man Trapped Underneath Vehicle, Physical Rescue | Los Angeles

03.06.2022 | 6:04 PM | LOS ANGELES – Authorities responded to reports of a vehicle versus pedestrian in front of McDonalds. Reports were that a scooterist was pinned underneath the vehicle. First responders arrived on scene and started a physical rescue operation, and called for additional resources. Firefighters extricated the male from underneath the vehicle in approximately 15 minutes. Paramedics immediately started CPR on the male. The male was transported to California Hospital in critical condition. A man who is possibly the driver of the vehicle remains at the scene, and appears distraught. The victim was wearing a security uniform, it is unknown if he was on duty at the time. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
