1. Huntington Beach Police department received reports of a gunshot victim inside of a home per OCFA Radio
2. Automated CPR was in progress upon transport on what appeared to be a male victim
3. A victim from inside the home was seen speaking with police at the scene
4. A man is in custody, and remains at the scene pending police investigation
5. Neighbors reported hearing agitated yelling coming from the home in the hours leading up to the shooting
6. Scenario drive remains closed in both directions
