Man Steals Excavator To Lift Car (Exclusive Suspect Interview) | San Diego

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 12-18-22 LOCATION: 600 blk of 10th Ave CITY: San Diego DETAILS: A male had a flat tire and was sitting in the Grocery Outlet stores parking lot. A transient male stating he was just trying to help the other male, went across the street and took a piece of “Heavy Equipment” from a property under construction and drove it across the street. He took down a fence that was protecting the work site. With direction from the owner of the car, the suspect lifted the car so the driver could change his tire.
