Man Shot while Him and Brother Burry Their Guinea Pig
INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1235am 7-17-25
LOCATION: 7715 Belgard
AREA/CITY: Houston
DETAILS:
- HPD and HFD responded to reports of a shooting
- Arriving units located an adult male with a gunshot wound to the torso
- Male was transported to a local hospital, where he is presently in stable condition
- Prelim info- Male and his juvenile brother were in the back yard burying their guinea pig which just passed when their neighbor came out back and shot at them, striking the older brother
- Reports indicated that the suspected shooter was still inside the neighboring residence
- HPD secured the perimeter, and ordered everyone out of that residence
- All parties appear cooperative at this time
