- Phoenix Fire and Police responded to a report of a male shot in the parking lot of the Cobblestone Car Wash on Greenway Road near the intersection of Cave Creek Road around midnight.
- Police arrived and found an adult male laying in the parking lot suffering multiple gunshot wounds. Officers began tending to the wounded victim as firefighters arrived.
- The male was transported in Rescue 35 to a local area trauma hospital in serious condition.
