Man Shot in The Neck | Ventura

07.21.2021 | 3:20 AM | VENTURA – Ventura Police officers responded to reports of shots fired with a subject down at N Ventura Ave and E Simpson St.

When officers arrived on scene they located a 20-year-old male down on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the neck.

He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
