Man Shot, Crashes Vehicle on Highway 290 Feeder in Jersey Village

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1115PM 12-28-25
LOCATION: Outbound 290 Feeder @ Steeple Way
AREA/CITY: Jersey Village
DETAILS:

1. JVPD and JVFD responded to reports of a shooting
2. Arriving officers located a vehicle in the median on the left side of the feeder
3. 1 male was located with a gunshot wound to the abdomen
4. Male was transported to a local trauma center, condition unknown
5. Per Sgt at scene, Lt will be issuing a press release this evening
6. It appears the victim was shot elsewhere and crashed here
