- A man who was inside of a green van was shot and killed by officers.
- Unknown what department was involved in the shooting but the Chief of police from the city of South Gate showed up at the scene.
- An unknown amount of unmarked police cars were inside the parking lot in front of the green van.
- Unknown why officers were trying to make contact with the person.
- over a dozen shots were said to be heard by nearby residents.
- ADDED VIDEO of Mother running crossing yellow tape to see son that was shot by officers.
