Man Run Over After Fight And Gunfire At Dallas Gas Station
A violent altercation outside a Dallas gas station ended with a man critically injured after he was run over by a vehicle early Saturday morning.
At approximately 3:30 a.m. on July 26, 2026, Dallas Police officers and Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to reports of a shooting at the Shell gas station located at 353 Singleton Boulevard.
When emergency crews arrived, they found a man lying in the roadway. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
Hospital personnel later informed investigators that the victim had not been shot as initially believed, but instead had suffered injuries after being struck by a vehicle.
According to investigators, a fight broke out at the gas station and gunfire was exchanged. During the altercation, a dark-colored vehicle ran over the victim before fleeing the scene.
Dallas Police crash investigators are assisting detectives as they work to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and identify the driver involved.
