Man Pulled From Burning Car by Good Samaritans | Chula Vista

10.22.2021 | 8:55 PM | CHULA VISTA – The male driver of the wrecked car cut in front of the 2 Good Samaritans as he was trying to exit the freeway at J St.

The driver lost control and left the roadway hitting a tree head-on.

The vehicle caught on fire and the driver had major injuries.

The Good Samaritans pulled over and pulled the male out of the car through a window and took him away from the burning car.

The victim was transported with a head injury and a broken leg.

The Good Samaritans (seen speaking with the CHP) stayed to give their account of the incident.

A second accident occurred and was an injury, hit & run across from the 1st accident.
