Man Killed In Possible Hit-And-Run In Marina Del Rey

A man was killed in a collision Monday night in Marina del Rey, with authorities investigating reports that another driver may have left the scene.

Los Angeles firefighters responded at approximately 7:56 p.m. on September 8, 2026, to Lincoln Boulevard near the eastbound 90 Freeway on-ramp, near the Ralphs supermarket.

An adult male was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was later removed from the scene by the medical examiner.

According to preliminary information, authorities were looking into reports involving a woman driving a blue Toyota Prius who may have left the scene following the collision. It was not immediately confirmed what role that vehicle may have played in the crash.

Additional information regarding the victim’s identity and the circumstances leading up to the collision was not immediately available.
