1. LAPD unit on patrol came across a traffic collision involving two vehicles and a man in a wheelchair
2. Paramedics were dispatched to the scene.
3. When they arrived, they treated the victim then transported him to a local trauma center in critical condition.
4. The drivers of both vehicles stayed at the scene and are helping with the investigation.
